ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் சிறப்பு தகுதி ரத்து: உச்ச நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பை அடுத்து காஷ்மீர் தலைவர்கள் கூறியது என்ன?

ஜம்மு மற்றும் காஷ்மீர் மாநிலத்திற்கு சிறப்பு அந்தஸ்து வழங்கிய சட்டப்பிரிவு 370, ஆகஸ்ட் 2019 இல் அரசாங்கத்தால் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டது.
இதனை எதிர்த்து தொடரப்பட்ட வழக்கில், ஐந்து பேர் கொண்ட உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் அமர்வு, "அரசாங்கத்தின் 2019 முடிவு செல்லுபடியாகும்" என்று கூறியது.
அந்த தீர்ப்பினை ஐந்து நீதிபதிகளும் ஒரு மனதாக கூறியது மேலும் சிறப்பு.
மேலும், ஆகஸ்ட் 5, 2019 அன்று ஜம்மு மற்றும் காஷ்மீரில் இருந்து, ஜம்மு-காஷ்மீர் மற்றும் லடாக் என இரண்டு யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களாக பிரிந்ததும் சரிதான் என உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கியது.
இதனை பிரதமர் மோடியும், உள்துறை அமைச்சர் அமித் ஷாவும் வரவேற்றுள்ளனர். அவர்கள் தங்களது எக்ஸ் தளத்தில் இது பற்றி கூறியுள்ளனர்.

ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் தலைவர்கள் அதிருப்தி
இதற்கிடையில், உச்ச நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்புக்கு ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் தலைவர்கள் அதிருப்தி தெரிவித்தனர். ஜம்மு-காஷ்மீர் முன்னாள் முதல்வர் உமர் அப்துல்லா, உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்பால் ஏமாற்றம் அடைந்ததாகவும், ஆனால் விரக்தி அடையவில்லை என்றும் கூறினார்.
தீர்ப்புக்கு முன்னதாக, தன்னை காவல்துறை வீட்டுக்காவலில் வைத்ததாகவும் உமர் அப்துல்லா குற்றம் சாட்டினார்.
முன்னாள் மத்திய அமைச்சரும் ஜனநாயக முற்போக்கு ஆசாத் கட்சியின் (டிபிஏபி) தலைவருமான குலாம் நபி ஆசாத்தும் உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்கு ஏமாற்றம் தெரிவித்தார்.
பிடிபி தலைவர் மெகபூபா முப்தியும் இந்த தீர்ப்புக்கு அதிருப்தி தெரிவித்தார்.ஜம்மு காஷ்மீருக்கு, செப்டம்பர் 30,2024 தேதிக்குள் சட்டசபை தேர்தலை நடத்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும், மாநில அந்தஸ்து விரைவில் மீட்டெடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும் எனவும் குறிப்பிட்டது உச்ச நீதிமன்றம்.
